The client ran monitoring across a patchwork of disparate tools with inconsistent coverage, making it hard to get one reliable view of its financial infrastructure. Anomaly detection was limited, and managing spaces and access consistently across teams added further overhead.

The business needed a scalable platform that could unify synthetics, infrastructure monitoring, and AI-driven observability in one place — without adding operational complexity.

What we delivered

SquareShift migrated the client’s monitoring to Elastic Cloud and implemented a GitOps workflow, so every configuration change is version-controlled and repeatable. Elastic Agent, role-based access control, and dedicated Kibana spaces gave each team its own governed view.

The team set up machine learning jobs, alerting rules, and custom dashboards, giving the client real-time, anomaly-aware visibility in place of static thresholds.

Monitoring now runs through one platform instead of a patchwork of disparate tools, with synthetics, infrastructure metrics, and ML-based anomaly detection all in the same view. GitOps-managed deployments keep configuration changes consistent, auditable, and easy to roll back.

Kibana spaces and role-based access give each team visibility scoped to its own systems, and real-time alerting flags anomalies as they happen rather than after the fact.
