The engagement

How SquareShift delivered it.

The challenge

A SaaS-based talent-management company offers an AI-powered Learning Experience Platform used globally by enterprises to train their workforce. Access to it was limited to web and mobile, while customers increasingly wanted the LXP inside the tools they already used all day — Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and their browsers, among others.

Rebuilding the platform separately for each of those environments wasn’t a realistic way to reach them all.

What we delivered

SquareShift built widget apps and the underlying architecture to embed the LXP as a white-labeled add-on across Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Salesforce. The team customized and deployed platform-specific extensions so each integration felt native to where it lived, rather than a bolted-on web view.

The same core LXP experience now travels with the customer’s own workflow instead of asking them to leave it.

The payoff

The LXP now reaches users inside seven additional platforms and marketplaces, from Microsoft Teams to Salesforce, without a separate rebuild for each one.

Training is easier to start because it shows up where employees already work, and the client can point to a broader footprint across marketplaces when selling the platform to new customers.

Rebuilding an LXP from scratch for every new marketplace doesn't scale. One embeddable core, adapted per platform, is what makes rapid multi-marketplace distribution possible.
